Gravel Series Bergslagen Gravel Camp. Enjoy 3 days of pristine gravel and
participate in the NGS Bergslagen event. A gravel adventure in a unique
setting.

The Bergslagen area, located in central Sweden, is the cradle of
the Swedish early industrial wonder with its countless mines and iron ores.
Historical villages, connected by excellent gravel roads, are spread out amid
the vast forests, lively streams and humble hills.

We invite you to explore the natural beauty and harsh hills in the
Kilsbergen mountain range, the picturesque surroundings of Nora as well as the
culinary gifts of Grythyttan and beyond. Örebro and the town of Nora, situated
3 - 3.5 hours west of Stockholm, are the start and ending point.

Our local
guides Kristalina and Mimmi will guide you through the area and welcome you to
unique accommodation locations, saunas and dinners. 3 days of riding, one rest
day and the NGS Bergslagen event (distance of choice) are part of the package.
During the camp days you will be covering approximately
100-110km/day with 1300 meters of elevation gain/day. A unique gravel adventure
requiring good fitness, but maintaining a social pace and atmosphere. Daily
shortcuts are possible if needed, Accommodation, luggage transport, technical
support, dinners, lunches and guides are included. BMC rental bikes are
available for the duration of the camp.}

We will send you an invoice with 50% of the total sum after the booking and an additional inovice with the remaining amount 30 days before the camp.

Day 1 - Tuesday 01.07: Örebro - Sävenfors (120km)

Our guides Kristalina and Mimmi will welcome you in Örebro. On the first cycling day we leave the city of Örebro, starting out with flat roads among scenic farmlands. We move into more hilly forest roads as we make our way north. This part of the region is dotted with many lakes and endless forests. 80% gravel roads and rolling hills with a total elevation of about 1300m. Ending at a beautiful Lodge and Winery deep in the Bergslagen forests with a sauna, jacuzzi and 3-course dinner.

Day 2 - Wednesday 02.07: Sävenfors - Loka Brunn (100km)

On day 2 we wind around lake after lake on beautiful curvy gravel roads. Passing through the quaint little town of Grythyttan and continuing our journey along several lakes. 90% gravel and a total of about 700 ascending meters makes this day is a lot flatter than the first. Our destination and accommodation for the night is Loka Brunn. A beautiful spa offering numerous pools, saunas and hamam, as well as another 3-course dinner in a great setting.

Day 3 - Thursday 03.07: Loka Brunn - Nora (100km)

On the third riding day we make our way to Nora, passing by several nature reserves and endless forest roads with rolling hills before ending up in Nora, the host town for the NGS Bergslagen event. 80% gravel and about 900 meters of elevation gain. You will be staying in the Stora Hotellet on the town market square. You are free to discover the town and choose your dinning option.

Day 4 - Friday 04.07: Nora

On Friday you are free to roam around the town of Nora and prepare for the NGS Bergslagen event the following day. Don’t miss out on the famous and awarded ice cream, Nora Glass, made fresh every day. It is up to you if you want a complete rest day before the event or you can join the warmup ride, about 40-50km, along with other riders joining Saturday’s event. The evening buffet is served at Bryggerikrogen.

Day 5 - Saturday 05.07: NGS Bergslagen 2025

Day 6 - Sunday 06.07: Return Day

Drop-off in Örebro by shuttle leaving Nora at 10:30h or individual departure.

As we want to provide the best possible experience to our guests, we reserve the right to make changes to the route when needed. The content of the trip may change due to weather or other conditions to ensure the safety of our customers. The local guides may also adjust the itinerary during the trip based on their discretion.

Cancellation terms:

· Until 60 days prior to arrival = free cancellation
· 59-45 days prior to arrival = 3300 SEK = cancellation fee
· 45-16 days prior to arrival = 50% of the camp fee refund
· 15-0 days prior to arrival = no refund
